Delays and false promises

It took my calling the customer service phone line to get my order shipped over a week after I had placed the order. The person on the phone was apologetic and said they would be putting my order together ASAP and would also include some additional stickers for the delay. I received my order days later, but did not receive any additional stickers for the delay unfortunately. Oh well.
